By signing up to our platform there are no fees, you simply register for an account which goes through a vetting and approval process.
Is ETOS really free for organisers?
Yes there are no setup fees, paid subscriptions or organiser platform fees. The fees are paid by traders who want to work with you.
Do we retain our Trader pitch revenue?
Yes. Organisers retain 100% of their pitch revenue.
How much does ETOS ticketing cost?
The ticket buyer pays a simple 4% buyer fee. There are no organiser setup fees, subscriptions or organiser platform fees. The organiser retains 100% of the ticket face value.
Can organisers profit from processing fees?
Yes. Organisers retain 100% of trader pitch revenue and ticket face value and can also generate additional profit through processing fees.
Can we bring our existing Traders?
Yes, you can invite your exisiting catering and retail traders or make opportunities available to the wider ETOS network.
Will ETOS replace our relationship with our Traders?
No. It removes the repetitive administration surrounding that relationship. You remain responsible for the event and retain direct control of trader decisions and communications.
Who decides which Traders are accepted?
You do. ETOS automates the process, but the organiser retains complete control over selection, pricing, locations and commercial terms.
Do we have to use ETOS ticketing?
No, ticketing is an optional supporting layer within the wider Event Trading Operating System.
What ticketing functions are included?
ETOS supports online ticket sales, audience registration, automated ticket mailing, turnstile compliant check in control, embed options and real-time analytics.
Is turnstile compliant ticketing included?
Yes. Turnstile compliant ticket validation is included at no additional organiser cost. Unlike many ticketing alternatives, no paid upgrade is required. It helps attendees enter more quickly while reducing queues and pressure at event entrances.
What documentation can ETOS manage?
ETOS can collect and organise applications, menus, contracts, public liability insurance, risk assessments, food hygiene documentation, HACCP, health and safety documents, gas certificates and other event specific requirements.
Can we use different commercial models?
Yes. You can allocate opportunities through fixed price bookings, live auctions or competitive tenders. Turnover based commission models can also be supported through dedicated ETOS EPOS deployments.
